LD - I went straight to the physio with mine, and she was wonderful. Perhaps you've already been down that route, I can't remember.
LittleD is not well enough to go to school. This is not easy for either OH or me, today.

Morning LD - but +1 for what Linds said re physio Take it easy ITG - sounds like the biking sets it off - have you had a professional fitting? (I never have, but know people who swear by it)

I have had all my bikes prof fitted - the first one was free with the bike and up till then I didn't think it was worth it. Boy does it make a difference. Highly recommend it.

Morning LD hopefully you can get to see someone soon.
Touch wood although I haven't run much since Saturday but the rock tape on my foot seems to be helping. If I could only get rid of the niggle in my back, wondering if I have kidney infection as it's just one side and the heat pad is helping it. I just keep drinking loads of water in the hope it flushes through.

No bike fitting service up here and it definitely isn't worth it for my crappy mountain bike (from a supermarket) that I just use for getting about time - no more than 15 minutes at a time. It would be nice for the racer but I think my back shoudl be better before I get fitted. I won't be using it for a while.
I think part of the problem yesterday is that I had a rucksack. It wasn't heavy BUT it did push my shoulders down and my back out so it was quite hard to keep the nice "back in" (butt out) position that the physio showed me. I'm going to leave it till I come back from Greenland anyway.

LD that sounds awful. I'm not sure if it's the shoulder of your recently operated arm or not, but I would make an appointment to see a private physio. I looked for my Mum's friend for physios locally and found one who has a specific specialism in post-op physio, we have a sports physio place here led by a highly regarded doctor, so there are really good places out there. You can't carry on as you are and might be able to get an appointment quickly as you are in such pain. xx

Carp did you ever sort your garmin issue? I still can't get mine to upload anything. Have just been trying to sort with garmin online chat service but the person who was supposed to be helping walked out on me Rude.
