Oh, Daisy! 🙁 Anything you can do about it?
AR - tubigrip, brilliant, why didn't I think of that?
ITG - good cycling; recovery in progress.

I don't know, Columba. It seemed to take ages to get better last time and just waiting it out was the only thing to do. If it went 'ping' or something, I'd know what causes it but it could be any or all of: lots of gardening on Sunday and Monday, vigorous sweeping after washing the decking (and maybe unwittingly keeping my shoulder tensed while using the pressure washer is part of it too) and then swimming today was just the final straw. Right now the pain is going up my neck and down to my hand

Back is grumbly and I am limping a bit. I will leave the cycling for 3 weeks (going to Greenland anyway).

Sad to hear that LD, it sounds really sore so not just annoying because of swimming. (swimming is a very small part of a triathlon, so don’t think too much about that) & take care ITG.

GWS to all the niggles. My foot seems to be fine but I haven't run today. I am trying to ignore the niggle I have in my back..it will be fine by tomorrow.

Boo to all the niggles.
LD, is it the same shoulder as the broken arm? Perhaps it's time to take it to the doc's.
I did a little run this evening, with lots of walking this time. I was really feeling my bum after yesterday's PT session.

Been to vibe cycle class. Worked us hard again; especially with the weights this time.

My foot is also still grumbling a bit. Will continue to take it easy...
