Mornage.

Well done PH and Bint on wearing sensible hats star

Glad you had a good night TR, and hope you get to go home today.

Linds, I hope today is much better - and much, much shorter.

Good news about the hip AL :)

Poor Seren, getting lost on your own is really horrible :(

Lots of luck for sinj and Seren this weekend - 21 miles, never done a race that distance *makes notes*

Morning!
All ready here to go messing about on a boat with MandyMoo and co. :)
Have packed running gear :) and seem to be taking a lot of food and drink .....

Glad the drugs are doing their stuff, TR.
Yay for your hip, AL.
Very sensible, Bint - who knew??! ;)
Hope you can get some rest today, Linds

Happy Friday!

Blimey, it's busy on here today, I'll just say ditto to all that Carps said.

If I get home on time this evening, I hope to get out for a little leg loosener.

ferret, I can't believe that they don't sell camellias closer to home. ;-)

Nope. Here at 9.15. Be very unlikely to leave before 6. Now in a totally pointless meeting where everyone is speaking Chinese :(

Been for a swim :-) Longest swim for ages (1200m) :-) Brought to an abrupt halt by horrendous cramp in my calf :-( I should know by now - front crawl is fine, but 1km front crawl followed by and intended 250m of breaststroke is almost 100% sure to give me cramp. My calf is still really sore; I will roller it later and keep my fingers crossed it won't interfere with my running.

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
