Morning

Decided to skip today’s run. Hips still a bit tight and everything generally a bit achy so to avoid real damage I’ll give it a miss. Disappointing, but probably a sensible decision!

Glad you found your way out Serenippily, well run. I can get lost in a paper bag or even by the sea, keep the sea on the right :-) doh

Sleeping in hospital is a skill worth having, but hope you never need it again, Thorntonrunner.
Morning :-) apparently we are going all the way to Bournemouth to buy a camellia, which reminds me - Travel Well, Alpenrose, I enjoyed the snow mountain photos.

Morning all.

Am useless at directions which isn't great when i am supposed to be leading bike rides 😆

Speedy recovery TR. Pothunter yes right decission but a shame.

Have just walked the dog for the last time till Monday pm. Time to go and mess about on the river/canal!. Laters

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
