Looks fab, Moo! How exciting :) Looking forward to hearing his plans to kit it out ;)

I'm feeling a bit inadequate having just caught up and realised how much exercise you're all doing in comparison with my own paltry efforts! Next week should be easier though because it will be light for much longer after I get home from work. Only 4 more years to go .......

Hope you're soon on the mend, TR - what a nuisance!
Hugs for all those that need them. Love the name change, ITG :)

Nice rack, MM ;-)

Club run was very good, new highest turnout even with a few regulars away on holiday, and a passing woman motorist stopped to ask which club we belonged to (I must wear my club top in future) so maybe she'll be a new recruit :-)It's gone all grey again now though, and rather chilly. Once I've caught up on Fetch I'm going to watch the Zoe Ball cycle ride on iPlayer. I've always had a soft spot for her.

Ferret, our new crossfit coach is 19 and competes in Model Fitness. She is, as you can imagine, both gorgeous and badass. I don't feel bad at all...

Moo - I did wonder whether you might come in it. Bringing the bike too? ;)
I plan to watch Zoe tonight.

A new club has started up in a nearby village and I'm tempted to go along but as usual, I'm worried about being too slow. Really should bite the bullet. I'm finding it more and more difficult to motivate myself to go out on my own.

I'm sure you won't be too slow SW.

Fab van, MM!

We watched Zoe last night. It was very moving.

I went for a run. I *really* had to force myself by pretending that actually I wasn't goint at all, but once I was out, I really enjoyed it (who knew?). Smelly now and I can't be bothered to shower even though I have an event tonight.

Well done, Linds :)

Why is it so difficult to get yourself out of the door sometimes when you always (well, nearly always) feel better for having done it? - and you know you will?!

Don't know about you but I don't think I've ever regretted going for a run - even if I've got soaking wet and freezing cold.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
