Youngstet? youngster. I’m too indignant about unnecessary scaremongering to make sense.

Ferret - time for a new bike
My cholesterol is high, I am overweight but they will not medicate my cholesterol level due to my life style and my low risk factor.

Carp: your GP should FUCK RIGHT OFF. You were underweight before, and I’m sure you’re not overweight now (not enough to affect your health anyway). I’m really cross on your behalf.
Rest day today, might do some weeding though.

It’s really chilly for weeding, I managed about 5 minutes but did for hundreds they’re like a good lawn.
New bike but really I need to rehome one first 😂 as todays is mendable but not by me. (new bearing, hope I haven’t damaged it further)

I try to stay away from people who might want to check my cholesterol level or that kind of thing.
Wouldn't want to be without Fetch. Considered giving it up for Lent but didn't think I could bear it.

What Ms Fleece so delicately said. I'm 10k more than after having the baby and fitter by far than I've ever been. The number don't mean all that much if you've got thighs like Chris Hoy.

I want to be 10k lighter, so not where I was 18 months ago (would be nice but I'm realistically not going to lose 20kg) but in the middle of where I was and where I am now.
Sorry about the bike having to be pushed home ferret. That's so irritating.

Fetch is so much a part of all our lives.
Hope all the tweaky niggly things bugger off soon.
I keep struggling to lose a few kilos but never seem to manage it. It would probably happen if I didn't keep going on holiday, stopped eating chocolate and cake and getting lurgies. Oh well, I suppose it means that I do enjoy life occassionally. My sister has just booked us a week's skiing in Morzine. I had been debating about bringing my running kit next time but the hotel has a pool and fitness centre so I'll try and keep on top of it and also get a couple of runs in.
