I hope the other driver is ok - she was one of the junior docs from the hospital driving home - she seemed just to have a broken arm, but was obviously deeply shocked. I think I will be driving very slowly today!

I hope you're OK (these things affect those that help, too, don't they) x ITG - what a lovely thing to say! blushes I just take my lead from so many others on this thread and on Fetch (yourself included). I love the all inclusive, encouraging nature of this site. I don't know about you lot but there'd be a big gap in my life if I didn't have Fetch.

Yes indeed, I would miss Fetch and all you lot tremendously if we all fell into a black hole I forgot to wish PH happy birthday for yesterday! I'd like to swim and run today but the workmen haven't let me know when they're arriving so we'll have to see how I fit it in.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
