My run also involved scrambling, & reversing downwards using hands, it was as slow & undignified as it sounds but a beautiful day for a coastal run, & I survived, bonus..
Sinj, I’m sure the 3 really enjoyed being a small group & there’ll be more next week.

That sounds sooo lovely.
I am bored with local road running, now. Time to get back to the trails!

Lovely photo even if it's the wrong one! Enjoy the return to the trail Bint! Slight DOMs today to be expected after my return to running yesterday, but will tackle another run tomorrow

The adventurous runs sound fun! sinj if four gave apologies then it sounds as though they're committed enough to come along next time. Well done to you for helping people start to run. Lovely photo TB, even if it's the wrong one
Short run because I was a bit low on energy, faffed for ages and then didn't really have enough time to do the route I wanted do (running across a park in New Cross in the dark is not a great idea). Then a short row, my 16th of the month. Four to go!
