Excellent lying-in skills there Kim
How is the sick bay?
5 mile recovery for me. A beat-the-darkness run as I didn't take a head torch, but it was faster than I expected so I got back to civilisation and street lighting before it was totally dark.

Not a PB Carp, but not far off!
Glad you’re fit after your marathon exploits. And able to use your trusty Garmin!

I’m taking my kit to work tomorrow and if I feel better I’ll run/walk part or all of the way home, thus swapping today and tomorrow’s sessions. If I still feel unwell I won’t and I’ll just write today off. I’m cool either way.
