RRR-Caz - You do wonder what on earth people expect from a soggy, muddy, quite a lot off -oady event like the GutBuster don't you? I'm intrigued by what she will have made of the cabbage field at the end
(for those who don't know, this is 400m+ of full on ploughed field uphill!)

Early morning for the last few miles of the year
Get well soon Sweetie &, er, Banana-man, & PaulaMc, I think. Everyone lurgified anyway, GWS
I like the sound of your NYD, LG ! Conveniently close runs if I’ve read that right. Think my visitors are off early tomorrow to find some surf, today we’re thinking of a dip in the sea, worrying as I don’t really fit into my wetsuit. There’s not really a paddling alternative - all or nothing depending on tide.
So, good morning all, last one this year, hope I find correct thread tomorrow
