We use peas, actually. The same bag. Hope my Mum never cooks them by accident when we are away

We had a bag of frozen peas for rehab for so long it went several years beyond the date. Which reminds me, there's still a frozen can of Bud Light from treating PF from August 2017...

We have a bag of medicinal peas in the freezer too
No exercise today at all unless you count running through Victoria because I was late for my train. I might log the walk to fetch my nephew from nursery and then back again though. He is now asleep and I'm having a cup of tea before clearing up the carnage that occurs when Auntie Carp tries to look after a 1 year old because it's been so many years since I did it. I didn't know what to feed him for dinner so we had a buffet

My exercise today has consisted of bending, lifting, twisting and climbing (up and down a short stepladder) at the food bank; and walking up the 53 stairs to Bruv's flat while carrying a bag of clean washing and a small artificial Christmas tree.

Today I discovered a jar of cranberry sauce which went out of date 3 years ago. I don't think that would be as good as out of date peas or road beans for injuries though
It has taken me another 2 hours to bash out another 2 sentences on my essay. I wanted to submit before Christmas, but it's never going to happen!

I decanted some peas into a zippy bag. When it had been in and out of the freezer that many times that the plastic started splitting I threw them out as I had a couple of gel packs by then. A small one had come with an epilator and I bought the other one from my massage guy.
I didn't run today in the end but I have been out and delivered the last of my cards now, nice to get a bit of fresh air and a few squares.

Evening all, thank you for the sympathy about my flight the other day, it was much better than expected! Now in Ulm. It is a beautiful city. The Christmas markets are amazing. This morning the whole family went on a flight round Ulm by virtual reality. You fly like a bird, and if you look round you can see your wing feathers. You lie face down in a kind of dentist's chair. You wear a VR headset and steer by twisting your hands. Flapping makes you go faster. The map is 3D and set for Ulm in 1890. The detail and user interface were stunning. I could have gone for a few hours rather than the 4 minutes allocated.
