I would have eaten more (there were 2 kinds of soup and bacon sandwiches, too) but I had to go get my train home.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Hubby and I made a last minute decision to walk the Gatliff 20k. I’m guessing we started later than McG and Leibling as we got the 3rd degree from the farmer with the horses about people “from your club” alarming his horses. Couldn’t get a word in edgeways to explain it wasn’t our sodding club.
Apart from that, a lovely walk, just made it to the finish before it got dark and availed ourselves of the soup, bacon sarnies and a nice spiced cake with custard.
