As everyone else has said, Happy birthday MB and thinking of you and Mrs MB, best wishes for a speedy recovery. 4 mile run for me earlier, was well chilly, glad I had my gloves, but not enough to stop me being absolutely trounced in who squares wins this week, my opponent is clearly a fetchie on a mission. Ymee - it actually happens quite often, it is unsettling TBH. Just losing my marbles I guess.

Hugs and healing vibes towards the MB family xx Lovely cathartic run with Kat along the river today, it wasn’t that muddy actually. Hadn’t seen her for ages and it was so lovely to catch up

Linds, you have a tutu and I will make pompoms on the train tomorrow. I just need to find stuff to attach them to.

Morning!
I slept for seven hours straight :-):-0 I can't remember the last time that happened.
It's apparently not as cold today so hopefully that means my bike ride will not involve any ice.

I took little-tri-boy to the specialist in Reykjavík yesterday to look at his hip which is still sore. We got a firm diagnosis: severely damaged cartilage in between "old" thick bone and thin sliver of newly formed bone. It will eventually go away when that cartilage ossifies in due course but it could be months more He was pretty upset as it has been 6 months already. We need to find some exercises that he can do so I will ask my caretaker if I can let him use the university gym a couple of times a week for some upper body strength work.
