Dooogs
And I didn't know you could hide it! I've no objection to the button but unlike, say the Guardian comments section, I don't notice the number unless I squint at it...

I have liked everything for old times sake :-)

Well done Fleecy bunting I’m going with altruistic too

Twisted ankles and cow pats wasn’t really selling it to me AR. C9 has just slid on a walk round painshill and appears to have hurt her wrist so I anticipate a trip to minor injuries tomorrow :-o

At last I'm sitting down on a comfy chair having washed all the sweat off and changed into decent clothing :-) GSR lived up to it's 'Great' name, just a perfect day and race :-) Beat my 10 mile time at Oldbury so not only got a SB but also got a WAVA PB for ten miles at 69.xx% And Fleecy has introduced us to the delights of the catamaran sun deck :-)

bunting for Dooogs for Holmfirth 15, and bunting for Fleecy for 2nd best time ever at GSR, which sounds like a truly lovely race experience. Daisy's on the list for GSR, but unsure if she will actually have done it or not, as she was having problems.

4.8 miles done including long brutal uphill which necessitated a couple of walk breaks. It's a circular run going past the golf course, and I haven't done it for ages, possibly 2 or 3 years.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
