Twisted ankles and cow pats wasn’t really selling it to me AR. C9 has just slid on a walk round painshill and appears to have hurt her wrist so I anticipate a trip to minor injuries tomorrow

At last I'm sitting down on a comfy chair having washed all the sweat off and changed into decent clothing GSR lived up to it's 'Great' name, just a perfect day and race Beat my 10 mile time at Oldbury so not only got a SB but also got a WAVA PB for ten miles at 69.xx% And Fleecy has introduced us to the delights of the catamaran sun deck

for Dooogs for Holmfirth 15, and for Fleecy for 2nd best time ever at GSR, which sounds like a truly lovely race experience. Daisy's on the list for GSR, but unsure if she will actually have done it or not, as she was having problems.
4.8 miles done including long brutal uphill which necessitated a couple of walk breaks. It's a circular run going past the golf course, and I haven't done it for ages, possibly 2 or 3 years.
