Hurray hurray for Bint's healed arm and Helegant not waking up with a snotvirus :) :)

Hoping Mandy feels better and the Bug has gone.

Hope Mrs MB got good news from hospital appointments luck

Club sessions was hills. I felt dead after six miles, how the actual feck I'm going to run 50k in ten days I don't know.
Also, I hate hills. Anyone want a Beachy place? I'm going to move to the Fens ;)

Moorage :-)
Glad the arm is healing well Bint, hope Lem's arm stops hurting
Hope Helegant survived the wind yesterday, and Mrs MB's results were ok
Day of two halves yesterday - (gentlemen avert your eyes now) as the nurse was unable to fit my coil despite 1/4 hours trying (ouch) so have to return tomorrow to see if the doctor can manage after injecting my cervix with local (f*k's sake, I'm coming back as a man next time). However in the afternoon Occ Health phoned to say my last blood test was fine, so can now close the chapter on the whole mouth-to-mouth-on-iv-drug-abuser event 6 months ago. One of these days I'll post on here about actual running stuff...

My knee is a bit niggly today. I think I’ve done too much road running recently. I’m due to run off-road hills with FM this morning so I’ll see how it goes, even walking uphill will be good Beachy training

Wishing Fleecy a niggle-cree new today.

And good morning to all from daybreak in the far north of our island. Only three walks to go...

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
