Som 700 Sorry about the knee LD My sister took my husband out for a run 3 hours ago. They still aren’t back. It’s possible she might have broken him 😄

Good parkrunning TR & MB, the comebacks continue.
I think I'll take today as a rest day. My club's finally decided to have a go at cross country so I've signed up for all 4 in the series this season and the first one's tomorrow. No-one in the club has any experience of XC but I'll be expecting to come in last.
Good luck in your races tomorrow RRRRR, Sweetie, Footpad and anyone else racing.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Love the leafy print Som, and well done on the 700.
Today’s parkrun was desperately slow but numerically pleasing being 2 seconds faster than my previous parkrun and one finish position different.

  Well done Som 700
and I love that print
4 wet, windy miles for me this morning - the novelty of running in the rain and splashing through puddles hasn't worn off yet
I assume the rejection mags are for those who donated their entry fee - think the rest of us will just get the Dear John email.
I'd love to get in this year - to give me excuse to train for one I'd rather do - if that makes sense
