I’m going for a run in a minute, first for a week. I’m doing it mainly for my head.

At least the dog will be ready for a good long run after that nap!
Rushing off to get my plan to Reykjavík. Don't post too much while I am over the North Atlantic.

I've not run , swum or cycled but I have used the new hedge trimmer I bought in Aldi this week and I really feel I should log it at weight training! It works very well but it is so heavy

That is training, LD, you should have doms tomorrow. Alpenrose, if I could-be-arsed I’d run then drop in the sea, suddenly it’s flat calm: this morning was gentle swell, lovely. Until my swim buddy became tangled up in an abandoned children’s 15 metre crabbing line, (bright side, no hooks). We rolled it up like knitting wool eventually & stored it down her front.
Hope the time passed quick fml, good running Linds, & Fleecy &, I wonder where Rosehip springer walked up today, looked lovely.,

LD, definitely log that as cross training - gardening. ferret, I bet the sea was lovely but I cba to go in today, too much hassle - maybe on Monday when the hoi-poloi have all gone.
Good luck to Hmum and LG in your racing tomorrow.
