Was that look ‘don’t do or else’ or ‘you’re crazy to consider it but go on then’? Ran the 2 miles the long way to the pub in the end and got an extra half mile to go look at the cruise ships Cheers

I got out for that last little run of the month to take me up to my second highest mileage ever of 81. Kept my all month too, now I just need to do this for the next 4 months to get to the magic figure.

Another case of post-gardening DOMS expected here. Turned out the older of the two compost bins, plus a lot of bags of stuff containing garden waste in various stages of decomposition. Now have 8 bags of home-made compost and will probably be unable to move tomorrow.
