I remember my mum talking about how we are programmed to recognise our babies cries, presumably for this eventuality - that’s why they grate so

Lots of muddy running on here today
I have almost complete facial recognition fail. Loads of times I have been inadvertently rude and snubbed somebody I know well.

I wanna have a fetch holiday. Can we have a hot-tub?
I went out for my 11 miler tonight but decided to extend it. 13.1 earth miles done and dusted. Nice easy pace, really enjoyed it. Cold out but got the kit spot on. Could have done with another gel but all good.
Some great running on here today (took a while to read back) - hope all niggles and aches bog off soon.

We *can* have a hot-tub, though I'm thinking more of warm, crystal clear seas to swim and frolic in, Som. How would that be for you?

I'm liking having 700 miles as a target. Only 8 miles down.
I think Fizz and I fell asleep on the sofa.
