Not keen on gingerbread so gingerbread vodka wouldn't be my cup of tea, if you see what I mean :-)

Day has panned out just as well as I hoped this morning - parkrun, lunch out and not long got back from seeing Darkest Hour. Parkrun was blustery to put it mildly, lunch out was very pleasant (including some good fizzy wine from Totnes, which is not far from here) and Darkest Hour was fine. Gary Oldman deserves all the plaudits he's getting though the film itself was corny in places and could have done with a bit of editing.

Anyone else seen The Greatest Showman yet? I almost never go to the cinema but I love musicals and loved this. I'm going again tomorrow.

Morning all.

Went to bed very early last night (8.30) and just woke up so obviously needed that. Small social bike ride this morning, then ordering new bedroom wardrobes which means bedoom room needs decorating before it all arrives!!!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
