I was going to swim in the indoor pool today so I got some more distance in, but I'd have had to have got out of the pool only 15 minutes after I got on because of the aqua-fit class at 9am, so I went for a dip in the sea instead. Of course the change of plan meant I didn't have my Garmin, but I guessed how much I swam based on previous dips. IN other words, hardly any distance I'm getting into the water much more quickly now so I must be hardening off I did wish I had my Swimzi with me when got out though, the breeze was quite cool on wet skin.
Going for a little WSW jogette shortly. Just waiting for everywhere to dry off after a rogue shower earlier (we weren't supposed to have any rain today )

I've been to see Unicorn's mum, sister and other various cats at my friend's house. She's a grade A crazy cat lady although her house is lovely and somehow clean!

Good work Badger 700 and good bin photo. Heavy rain all day here but we still went ahead with a BBQ at work, lucky for us we have a big gazebo so we could stay outside but dry and play piñata when we should have been working!
