I've been thinking over the last week that flying ant day should be soon, not seen them here yet either.

Update: made it to registration 2 minutes before the cut off, and they happily upgraded me to marathon. Bit tight at the first two check points, but I wasn't the last person through them (everyone behind me had got well lost early on). Lovely organisers. Strongly recommend that race.

If it was even half as hot as it was here, that's an excellent achievement. Actually even without the heat it is as well.

Well done Columba's daughter, AR and Badger.
I was waiting for it to cool down, but it's showing no signs so went out for slow plod anyway. Harvest flies are awful - they're not usually out until August!

Pretty hot and I was taking it easy and watching the HR. So pleased. Months ahead of target, and not that long ago I thought I'd never get back to that distance Pity I have a meeting with the director of operations tomorrow. The mood won't survive that 😀

Very well done Badger
congratulations to Columba's daughter too
It's hot. Have wasted/spent the day replacing broken key-flooring with floorboards. Whoever invented that stupid stuff needs shooting
