Yay Lemon! And for Monday I have to work tomorrow, so long run is cancelled. Managed to get out for a little tonight, now need to cook husband birthday tea.

Nice day L10 enjoy your long weekend Working tomorrow now covering a colleague who phoned me today got a member of OH family in hospital so would I cover him. I could not really say no
Physio this morning was encouraging gave me another exercise and made the gorilla exercise harder
Use to give blood regular well over 25 times but the last time I went they turned me away as I had run in the morning so have not been back. Use to give it at local gym after work out and the nurses would laugh how quick it came out how times change and I was a lot younger

Sounds like a lovely send off Lemon 😁 charm sounds lovely will need to hint to my lot about that.
Back from meeting/AGM - old people who own flats and want lots of work done and then moan about their service charges being increased make for a fun evening - not!!

Lovely leaving gifts L10. I have that pandora charm too
I’ve been rather hit & miss with blood donations. Gave for a few years. Then fainted badly (due to them fiddling about in my arm with the needle). Was politely told thanks but no thanks to giving again. After about 10 years I checked if they’d take me back. They did! Fainted again. Due to lack of food so that was ok. Then a couple of years ago iron was at anaemic level so barred for a year! Back to normal now and I take over the counter iron just to be on the safe side.

I devised it for the RRs - this week they've either run 26.2 km or 26.2 miles over 5 runs - we have one more to do, 10k on Saturday morning - it's raised some extra money for my marathon fundraising - and given them an idea of the training commitment in terms of days It's been fun and I think it's generated another £200 or so
