Sounds like a great idea, especially if it helped with your fund raising, AL. I did similar thing last year - a half marathon challenge which was to run the equivalent of a half mara (funnily enough) in a week. I thought at under 2 miles a day it would be easy but just one missed run made it really tough to catch up, I did manage it - just, but it was a bit of a stretch for me at that time.

The best bit has been seeing how much stronger a lot of the RR crew are than they think - they were buzzing tonight :)

can no longer give blood - last time I went they couldn't get a decent flow and said "bye, you're too much work for us" :( as always a bit hit and miss on the iron content anyway.

seem to be glued to the sofa and too tired to go to bed again

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
