Oh, that’s good getting out, looking forward to photos.
Stunning weather here at last after what seems like ages in sea-fog, excellent timing for IoW.
Well done parkrunners & volunteers

Enjoyable parkrun for me today. Ended up as unofficial pacer when I caught a lady who was aiming for a PB. Kept her going and she made it by 12 seconds
We got as well because one of our regular ladies (and usually first lady finisher at sub 20mins) is getting married this afternoon.

Nice one PH. I was an official parkrun pacer today. We also had cake as we had both a 250 and a 300 to celebrate.

I have runned. Got a nice surprise there this morning as my nephew and his girlfriend were up from Glasgow for the weekend so they did the beach parkrun seeing as it was a glorious day.

Bike ride to and from parkrun was fine, though I think I need to pop into the shop for a but more tinkering with the bike fit. Because my left arm is slightly more bent than my right I'm obviously compensating by bringing my shoulder forward, and just a few miles' ride makes my shoulder very stiff. I think if the bike stem was raised very slightly it might help.
We had a technical failure today - one of the barcode scanners lost all its data so roughly a quarter of our runners (604 today, second highest turnout) have gone down as unknowns
