Iron Thigh Girl
My co-worker got shitfaced last night and clattered home at 2.30am. She msg me on facebook to say she would be "no use" today. I've done a bit of work but I cannot do much more without her input (and frankly, I do feel like I put in a lot more than her, even if she doesn't see it) so I'm off for lunch and might take a walk up to the other mast.

Hello all. Been back for a couple of days. Shall not attempt to catch up, but trust that any births, marriages, deaths or ultras will be mentioned to me by some kind person.
Came back with a really bad cold, so no running has taken place (though I did run once in Copenhagen - but it wasn't a parkrun) with the exception of my nose, which is running for Wales.

I am late to catch up but congrats MM family and Alpen family and welcome back Columba and get well soon. Hugs where required ((( )))
Packing is underway for a family trip to Ireland, a collection of us are going to Cong to see where they filmed The Quiet Man and doing some sightseeing around Connemara, then driving over to Kilkenny (where Mr Lemon's family is from) and we are going to a hurling game amongst other exciting excursions. Should be fun ☘
Not much running to report, I might get a run in as run kit is packed in the in-laws car (they are driving so they are not restricted to suitcases the size of a pencil case like us).

Hi Parkrun this morning ran with a friends dog for the first time volunteered last night at a club charity party which was good fun lots of games all at 20p a go I won the darts highest score . Had a ambulance at Parkrun a chap was all over the place at the finish hospital keeping him in over night.
Club bike ride this afternoon with lots of pub stops *beer* good fun
