I'm taking 5 tomorrow but will probably only use 4. one @ 6 miles then every 5 roughly. I reckon they take about 10 mins to kick in.

I'll also take a flapjack bar at halfway for longer runs 15+miles

Beautiful cute pic - of the kid, but the fetchies are cute too ;-)
Am rubbish at eating and running. Mostly feel too sick to take anything in if racing, if toddling along at my own pace (i.e. snail pace) I don't feel I need anything.

Lovely cute photo :-)

Ferret how exciting for daughter - we have a VW T4 ex aa van which we converted - thoroughly enjoyed it so if she wants any tips etc just get in touch.

Am supposed to be doing a 100K bike ride tomorrow - considering I haven't been any more than 30 miles once this year I think it may hurt. Need to give it a go as doing 100 miler next Sunday.

I dont do gels as they upset my tummy, I tend to have cliff peanut butter bars, or peanut butter wrap, or a snickers lol.

Hope all the runners get a good nights sleep tonight.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
