Also... Pompeii Paul must have hit his 700 miles because he is no longer in the league chart :-o

Well done, PP!

I didn't realise that you fell off the chart if you went over target, perhaps he's now re-set his target.

Yes people usually set a new target so that someone else can have their moment at the top :-)

Morning all!
Good to hear things went well BD :)

Went to a running workshop thingy yesterday, most interesting. I shall now be attempting to run at a higher cadence and land without braking. And other things but if I think about them all at the same time I lose my balance!
and apparently, rolling. Still resisting that torture!

B is correct, I reset my target.

4 new conquercise zones and a deer sighting before breakfast is always a good way to start the day.

Morning all. Very glad LD has quality bones, hope they heal quickly too. Good luck with the packing and the move Corrah. I am at work today but Mr Lemon is off all week, so I dropped him off a few miles from home this morning so he could run back, he had a dead fox sighting so not very nice. I wish I was off work and running, I have run envy. I also still have a blister the size of a small car on my big toe.

Morning :)

Appear to have hurt my back a bit at Legoland yesterday :(

Could be taperitis though as I *am* racing on Sun, despite fairly inauspicious circumstances.

Morning all

Speedy recovery LD

After building a mountain of ikea stuff over the weekend and glossing the skirting and door to my study I'm about to embark on operation declitter and put stuff back in there neat and tidy like.

If you've not heard from me by tea time send rescue dogs!

Tattoo arm very painful. Was the worst I've had and it was only colour for an area outlined yonks ago. Nearly finished now though one more sitting required but won't be able to get it done until December grrrrr

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
