Fierce and Fearless Fleecy
Looks cool, Dipps 10 miles over the Hogs Back and back and over cathedral hill and back. I'm a bit knackered, though it was exceptionally slow due to bluebells on the line!

Lovely photos dipps! Short jog to Sonning Lock and back, attempting 180 cadence. Went quite quick, felt quite hard, but lighter and bouncier. Couldn't keep it up for long so sort of intervalled it.
The metronome on the watch *is* annoying.

Ooh Ferret, an orchid! Lovely to come across them growing wild.
AR definitely right about running accounting for Daisy's good quality bones. Weight-bearing exercise offsets osteoporosis.
Yesterday's heavy gardening has done something painful to a muscle in the side of my chest; one of the obliques, I suppose.
