Hi all I was amused by Carps mischief making autocorrect and am looking forward to seeing AR sun too!
Not got enough work done feel sick but have made tea and trundled washing around ready to pack and got in my witness statement for the court case in Dec for chap who is suing me for car accident back in April 16. Nasty going back over it at one point there were 4 cars abreast 3 lanes and I had two children in car, so lucky we all got out of it ok. Sweeter natured cat is hobbling so this afternoon will be vet I hope we don't end up having to take her on hols with us. May try and go for gentle jog to clear my mind and stretch my legs

RH, that place looks amazing. You could also buy a 3 bed semi in Twickers for that kind of money - daft, isn't it. I wouldn't mind selling up and sharing it but we'd need to get some staff in to look after the place otherwise we'd have no time to be out enjoying ourselves.

Intervals done had all weathers thunder in the distance going out this evening to town with pinktinkbmc which we do not do very often. A running friend has decided to sell up leave his job and head off around the world and he is saying his good byes tonight so we shall show our faces. Think he is being brave well past his teenage years but good luck to him

Very good luck to him - and I'd love to do that - I think at now I'd appreciate it more than I would have done at 18 had I had a backpacking gap year like many of my friends did.
Almighty thunderstorm here - huge puddles everywhere, was going to walk the dog now it looks a bit brighter, but son says another one chased him up the A1 so I might just wait a bit.

Oh no AL, that means you'll have to do some training for it!
I seem to have DOMS, in the groin/lower abdomen/hip area - I can hardly walk when I stand up, I hope it wears off by Sunday.
