Stuck in 5k. It's roasting here (which means 20C but humid). I'm still feeling off form, but hardly surprising after a week of backache. No big races coming up so trying to enjoy it's too easy for me to lapse into doing nothing. I think I'll start Project Joker next week in Scotland just to give me a plan. If the back holds, I'll cycle and pick up some zones too.

Well done RRRRRRR's DS!
Club hills session tonight. Coach decided we'd roll big dice and play snakes and ladders as a way to choose which hill we ran up. Funny, but it sent us up the same hill nearly every time. She'd called it "Toilet Hill" but at the end someone said it would now be called "F-ing Hill" after she heard me let out a loud expletive!

Well done Caz jr.
Last day of work today. Feel a bit lost tonight. Need to get some sleep and wind down properly. Did favourite lunchtime run for the last time today too. Legs have got a whole lot of shock coming in the next few days

Pleasant sunny 5k this evening after work. Met a woman and her son twice along the way, walking a terrier puppy who just wanted to make friends with the whole world. Having a quick play with him did nothing for my average pace
