I read that as "knee eating spider" which seemed very targeted

Boo Alex if you're not the only driver me and mr S have worked a superman routine where we have run clothes on under our "normal" clothes and then get dropped to run back on way home

Can't recommend volunteering highly enough if you want a change in career JC also if it's at the company who interviewed you will have a really high success rate next time something crops up.

bunting for PH PB and healing vibes to RA for the cold; Linds I know your ankle is worse than my knee was but arnica cream has been really good at helping the bruising - might be worth a try (can do no harm) if you haven't already xx

bunting for PH's pb!

Hope your ma gets sorted out JC - and eveyone else's mas as there seems to be a glut of them needing support just noe.

Brava Rosehip on the Latin. Bang on! "Ehat care Venus when she is drunk?" which is a rather eloquent way of explaining beer goggles.

Half marathon tonight. Just aiming to take it carefully and finish.

Alex - not advisable to run if the cold is Below the Neck, I believe. i.e., on the chest.

TeeBee - sounds like the same one; have a photo of my daughter holding it. In fact she has slipped back into the phobia rather, possibly helped by the fact that she now has a OH who will deal with them. She should do a refresher course really.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
