Run done, just under 5 miles, much enjoyed.

All my sheets are pure cotton but I don't iron them. Have been known to iron duvet covers, though.

Hate ironing bed sheets, but love getting into a bed made with freshly ironed sheets. Bah.

I wasn't going to club tonight as I had a fever last night and felt really ill. Then a friend messaged me to say he was dragging his wife to her first session if T1 could babysit. So I went and it was ok and I don't feel quite as ill as I did in the night.

I don't iron anything unlessI absolutely have to. There are several nice bits of clothing I really need to iron but I'm lazy.

Ironing sheets ??

Extra days at work did swim yesterday and although I struggled to get out tonight after work I did :-) . Intervals 12X400

I too was out this evening. Did 6 miles - seemed a tiny hop in comparison to recent long runs. Did take me ages to get running when we started as quads still sore from Sunday. Hey ho, it will be worth it in the end.

I won a bum bag thing at Smokies, I've never used one before but thought about upping my runs so was going to try it out with a drink and snack etc, do you have the weight round your front or best at the back?

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.
