I was wondering why you were posting about your bins in here I'm running to pick up ds1 and taking him to the orthodontist this morning. Contemplating Combat too, I think I need it.

3 miles of recovery done and one bug squished. There's another of the little feckers in the other direction so I might go and cycle over him later.

Morning all
Gawjus frosty dog walk this morning - lovely start to the day.
Am feeling a tad happy today as daughter has hit the magic 28 weeks in pregnancy and at moment they have no intention of inducing her until 30 weeks. Baby a good size, that's one thing we do is produce big babies.
Rest day for me today I think exercise wise, well apart from the dog walks
