Applause for Twiglet, Leaflet and CStar's DD2.
Races with several family members taking part in are lovely.

At least you had your phone with you TeeBee! It's usually my kids who lock themselves out, yesterday ds1 forgot his keys and was home before me... Rebound was very sweaty indeed, but excellent

Oh no TeeBee! Welcome home AR Today we have been learning electro acupuncture, and sticking needles in each others' ears. Which is almost as horrifying as it sounds.

I love the fact that now I can parkrun with both my sons, whether I'm in Devon or Gloucestershire. It's good to know there's someone waiting to cheer me in

Just back from a little 30-minutes run/walk. 2 mins walk, 2 mins run; at least that's 50/50. Knee twinged, but no worse than a twinge.
Ymee - only in the outer part of the ear, I hope? Not invading the eardrum with needles?
*waits with some concern to hear from TeeBee*

Sounds very new romantic / material girl Ymee - girls at my school used to pierce each other's ears with safety pins in the lunch queue a lot back in the day Park running with little d still requires enormous guile, praise, bribery and patience, even with my gammy leg she ain't overtaking me anytime soon
