Oops 10 but maybe that's because Saturday had been a rest day last weekend whereas I did parkrun yesterday. Anyway, it's done.
And if nothing else, the Olympics has shown, you have go though the tough sessions to get the results. I just hope it works for me!

Morning everyone. Having a chill out day after having knocked just over an hour off my BRG race time from last year. Feeling very smug and although I was technically last 4 if us came over the line within seconds of each other.
Contemplating a recovery run later but might just not bother.

Very enjoyable race a few gentle inclines to make it interesting,two laps round the town centre with a 9am start so back home in time for Sunday lunch😀

Fab running and marshalling Could have done with damp yesterday, it was a tad warm for me and I have a t-shirt and shorts tan now
Think I'm favouring blogging and a nap rather than a recover run! What a lazy moo!
