Right. I really must be off to my bed. I'm as tired as a tired thing and I want to get up early enough to get everything packed into my one day off (including a run!)

Doubt I'm going to find time to run!
But Santa brought Fastwitchs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the the second most beautiful thing I have ever seen (the first being Teen when he was born). They are so light they must be made of anti-matter. I  them more than I've ever ed anything ever!

how is everyone. have had a lovely time - the ex gave me gaitors for my trail shoes, a head torch and £50 for running shop (new shoooooos)
we had a fabby dinner - didnt eat or drink too much as my sister and I had a race today. A fab 7k round a local country park - it was mud-tastic and finished with a climb up cockelroy hill - was very windy up there - nearly blew my number off. it didnt even cost anything to enter

hi all, hope you all had a great Christmas. No running gear for me sadly, but lots of other goodies! And hubby cooked a delicious meal for us all, so have eaten very well.
Nipped out for a quick 4miler today, then 10m planned for tomorrow.

Bint, you done well! I had to search the 'Fastwitch' to find out what they were, I obviously don't read enough running mags
Star, sounds perfect, xmas racing and a runners prezzie haul

I've massively over-indulged for 3 days and I plan to do more but I did get my 1st mara session in today, eight and a quarter miles with 8 x 400m intervals. Out on the bike tomorrow hopefully.
