32. (bottle) Skinner's Porthleven (4.8%) "untameable pale ale". Meh.
19. (can) Adnams Ghost Ship Citrus Pale Ale (4.5%). I liked this, although I wasn't getting much citrus. Much nicer than the low-alchohol version.

Finishing the Welsh trip with two lovely beers
Three tuns pale ale xxx
Hobsons best bitter

Then a day in Colchester had the following ales all c4%

Old ale from mauldens (Mild)
Colchester brewery metropolis (pale)
Colchester no1 (bitter)
Turning tides burnt mill (keg)

All good but The old ale probably the best.

Adding Yippie IPA (St Andrews); Cherry Chocolate Stout, List In Blood Orange (lager) (Brewdog), Honey Melon, Lime and Kiwi Sorbet (Buxton).

Shere Drop is lovely. I think it's a former Champion Beer of Britain isn't it?

I still really like a pint.

I think this is not too controversial health wise. Lots of beers about these days. I interpret it as different beers within 2023, and you can, if you like; avoid beers you have had before, but as ever the list is yours to do what you like.
