Wasn't sure whether to add this to the cask/draught list as it will almost certainly appear on my bottled list at some point too but due to a lack of anything else in one of our local pubs on Friday night - pint (9) Hobgoblin Gold by Wychwood (bottled is 4.5% not sure if cask is the same or 4.2% didn't look as was distracted - along with everyone else in the pub - by the (very young) chef telling the barmaid he had never heard of Shakin' Stevens :-o :-o )

Recap on my bottled/cans list as I reach number 10 (mainly for future copying and pasting ease!)
1 Plum Porter - 5.0% St Peters
2 Golden Pale Ale - 5.0% Elmtree Beers
3 Cream Stout - 6.5% St Peters
4 Broken Dream - 6.5% Siren

5 Low Tide 0.5% Shipyard
6 Doom Bar Zero 0.0% - Sharps

7 Junction - 4.5% from Sambrooks Brewery of Battersea.

8 White Peroni 0.0%

9 St Peter's Without - also a zero alcohol.
10 Earl Grey Lager - 5% Adnams

Good afternoon, 3 to add in, all draught, 1 cider.

Stowford Press (cider)

Arctic Wolf 4.8%. Wensleydale brewery. Hazy IPA.

Northern Pale 4.0%. Three Brothers. Citrus session pale.

All very nice. The cider was with lunch then the other two beers in our favourite pub in town (Thirsk, Little 3) they always have guest ales on.

No 26 is a can of El Perro negro a Pilsner from Williams bros. Good for a lager but I’m not a big lager drinker. Good thirst quencher after a long walk.

About This Thread

and here we are in 2024....

I still really like a pint.

I think this is not too controversial health wise. Lots of beers about these days. I interpret it as different beers within 2023, and you can, if you like; avoid beers you have had before, but as ever the list is yours to do what you like.
