74 this morning.
25 minute workout of Thrusters, burpees, press ups and abs. Managed 7 rounds and a bit of the 8ths, hence the unusual total.

Usual 50 with 150 squats post run, then see how many I can get away with at work 😂

Another 110. I did a session with ten rounds of 6 different movements, one of which was press ups. 20 reps in round 1, 18 in round 2 and so on down to a final round of 2 reps. Took nearly an hour, I feel great for having done it except that stairs might be a problem this afternoon!

Well done KK.
It's been a good week. 150 last weekend, 120 on Wednesday and another 60 tonight. Planning for a good bunch tomorrow as well.

I think I’ll fall short of my own 100000 target as it would need an effort of around 700 per day and don’t feel motivated enough to do that many. But on the positive side I’ve no chips on my shoulders and exceeded last year’s total 😀

I think 100k would just be showing off, UD. You’re better off not doing that many I think.😉
I did 150 on Saturday and another 120 this morning. I’m now ahead of the schedule to hit 14k by year end for the first time in a few months.

Great work UD and Nellers! I'm just happy to have passed 5001 comfortably! With my knees off the floor.
I still find it hard to believe that when starting, I couldn't do a single press up: couldn't even get myself back off the floor, after crashing a bit uncontrollably to the ground. Now I can do 15 with good form, and the total for the day is done in batches of 15s and 10s with some stretching in between.
This thread has been a huge help in keeping going; is there one for side planks?

700 a day would be a tall order UD! Sticking to your average daily rate will see you in striking distance of 85K which is still mightily impressive. That's a dramatic improvement KK. I've not really improved but I have started back in the gym & so I'm destroying those muscles thrice weekly on the bench press - which has improved. 50 so far today after a weekend off. Probably get another some more in as I'm not far behind alpenrose
