I tried logging my sets once I’d done them so I didn’t lose count but it didn’t work. My paper was in the office but I do reps in the office and also the dining room so I was too far away from my paper then got distracted. I did at least 150 press ups, but it could have been 25 more!

Ah Chunky that’s what I do now I have one record for home and one at work . So jot down as I go along and then log at the end of day. I’ve incorporated a few other exercises to keep me from getting bored😂

Another 55 today in my circuits this morning (and I nearly forgot to log them at all!)

I’d better do some today. I seem to have got out of the habit.

24 again this morning. 4 x 6 sets. Feels like I'll be stuck here a while but happy with the consistency I'm finding.

bigleggy, I found that after a while at a certain amount it becomes easier and then you can add another set, or another few reps to each set. Hang in there.

24 feels the absolute max at the moment but I'm sure I'll get stronger. I could barely do 10 when I started a few weeks ago.

Right now though I'm achey so I'll need to get more comfortable at 24 before I try and push beyond.

Just 10 today. My hand is causing me problems, it's fine until I put any weight through it then it feels bruised, either me doing push ups or carrying stuff, and as I have to carry trays of blood, I'd better rest it.

Just snuck over the 100 a day mark. Pretty pleased with that.

Onward and upward all being well.
