Definitely stronger...I think it is a good idea to do sets...mine are 10s. Also incorporate some other stuff. I have about 15 or 20 exercises that I pick a dozen from...half an hour or so...3 or 4 times a week.

Yes...increased reps....but had little rest periods and in the end did the same amount but more regularly and quicker
