Brig, that is brilliant!
Really, that's what I ought to be aiming for, rather than chair-arm press-ups.
Pull-ups are a complete no-no, especially as I have nowhere at home I could do them (not being a gym person).

Thank you! I worked my way up from 1 a day every day for a couple of weeks then 3 then 5 then Bingo! I got 10! Pull-ups are hard but I do them when at the gym using the Bodyweight thing. I can do 2 biceps ones but wide grip I need assistance... Complete lack of lats! š

I'm told they are part of my new weekly S&C sessions. I'll have to practice. Once a week is not going to help me improve.
