Mind if I join? I'll have to start with the knee ones... tried doing a normal press up and got my nose about an inch from the floor but could go no further. Great results from everyone!

Nothing wrong with knee ones phidip, we've all got to start somewhere I'm doing incline ones, just started at 45degrees.

I’ve been looking at press up variations.
I did 10 diamond push ups this morning 😁

puzzler
Just noticed this thread. I’ve been doing 3x10 of the knee press ups as part of my core sessions. No idea how many so far this year. Maybe 150 ish. I’m trying to shift across to full press ups but can only manage at most 10 before I’m lying exhausted on floor. I’ll start counting now.
I’ve been experimenting with different hand positions (on the knee ones) and it does make quite a difference to where you feel the muscles working. No idea what is the ‘right’ way.
