First 20 miler of the campaign for me tomorrow. Not in great form currently, will be a grind but have some company tomorrow, so hopefully will make the miles fly by.

Sorry SS..only just opened my Fetch! No not there and which I see was running today. After my episode last weekend, IF I had entered anything this weekend I might have withdrawn. Did a great 17.5 today, mainly on muddy and ice covered trails which at least has given me a 50 mile plus week which looked out of the question last Saturday after my time in A@E!

Torey Be greatful for how you've recovered but remember resting now and easing back in to it secures a strong future. Glad you're able to be back on it

Just entered Bradley 20 the week after Wokingham half, oops. Haven't done anything over 14miles since Chester marathon last October. Guess I should go for a long run...

CW - long time on feet will be way better prep for you than long number of miles. Train the fuelling system and the brain. Your body will easily cope with the rest

Cheers SS. I'm doing long slow runs so that's good, but I do feel like I need to go longer. Running back from XC tomorrow should help!
