Ooo! Well done to Oranj - who has just broken the 1000 miles barrier! Was hoping to get there this week - but lack of a marathon distance today plus the wonkiness of my knee has probably put paid to that. Will have to see if my sports physio/chiro guy can work his magic.

I have an appointment on 10th May to see my sports physio bloke.... Just as well I put some extra miles in early on this year. According to Husbando, resting overnight isn't enough and I should take a few days off! Grr!

A real struggle today into an exceedingly strong wind from the South West. 6 miles run at what I would call a slow plod.

The Great East run on Sept 26th has been cancelled, please take it off the sidebar. Sure there will be other races, but not in walking distance.
On a brighter note 5 miles with my son tonight.
