Thanks for the round up, I would appear to have been poisoned.

Still struggling on with various injuries. 1500 is a definite no this year, but hope to build up slowly to get to the equivalent monthly mileage by the end of the year.

Excellent roundup DocM, thanks. We’re coming to the end of a major house renovation and have survived with all our limbs up to this point, but there have been a couple of falling through floorboards. All good fun though 😂

PF generally on noticeable when I put pressure on my heel when I get out of bed. The groin strain intermittent but I think I shall contact the doctor again as not improving.

Thanks for the round-up Doc. This comment really made me chuckle.

FF - have you tried one of those super sexy socks that you wear at night that keeps your ankle flexed?

I drove to today’s race, wincing every time I had to change gear. Managed 2 laps (plus a bit to make it up to 7 miles) with 725ft of elevation in 1hr10. Then gave up and iced my knee.

Good running Mrsb and hope the knee recovers quickly. Easy 5 miles done in a breeze.
