Hello all. Just catching up after a lovely long weekend away in Cambridgeshire. Was having to get up early to explore the footpaths and bridleways before it got too hot. Most were very uneven underfoot but it was nice to run somewhere different.

Afternoon all.
I had a nice Fetchie meet up today with a fellow 1500er. I met Minimag at Littlehampton parkrun. We had a few communication problems because of my lack of hearing, but never mind. It's always nice to meet a fellow Fetchie.
Even though we had thunder & lightning last night & heavy rain, it was still hot & sticky at parkrun.
I stopped off at Gregg's in Rustington on the run home for a coffee. Most probably not the most sensible thing to do given how hot the weather is.

Nice to meet you too David, Impressive running to run 6 miles to get to the parkrun, kick out a 23.14 5k (kicking my arse by 2 minutes!), then running back home again.
It was a dissapointing run for me (25.19) as I had run the first 5k of the goodwod half a full minute quicker. I started off fast enough but tired quickly, however it gives me something to improve on!
