Nice going Mrsb! Archery should give you a new type of DOMS...my shoulders are usually sore for a couple of days after archery.

Afternoon all, I hope everyone is well & staying injury free.
I had a gentle six & a half mile plod at lunchtime. I had to take it easy as it's very hot & humid down here on the South coast. Thunder & lightning & heavy rain forecast for tomorrow, though they've been saying that for the last three days.

Good running 12bar. I had a 6 and a bit miler yesterday in drizzle and 7 miles today while it was warm but it clouded over so was more comfortable then.

Just a short run today - we were at the last day of Summer Camp all day and I am somewhat knackered!
But now I am on holiday!

I say 'holiday' but I was back in school from 8am to 1pm doing post camp admin! Maybe I can get a lie in tomorrow? Anyway - went for lunch with Husbando and then ran 10 miles back to get car, running of steak frites followed by tarte au citron is not recommended!

Hey! Try to get a lie in tomorrow!
Ugh...definitely run before the lunch...or make sure you leave a couple hours for it to digest first! There's nothing worse than indigestion whilst running!

Crikey Mrsb, you must have a strong constitution. Well done for running 10 miles on a full tummy.
