Exciting stuff, Toks!

Nice little recovery run this morning. Quads a bit sore on uphills, and I have a weird bruise on my wrist (I think my watch might have been a bit loose and bouncing up and down on the sticky-out bone), otherwise all OK.

5 mile race this morning. Set out with the intention of a 63% WAVA. After 2 miles my average pace was 5 seconds too slow. Told myself to pick it up. Next mile was 10 seconds faster than required pace. Managed to continue to speed up to get a 50 second PB and 64% WAVA :-)
